Howard Finley Care are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our clients team in a warm and supportive nursing home located in Haywards Heath. This is a full-time, permanent position on night shifts, with working hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to the residents, ensuring they receive the best possible support during the night. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, support, and assistance to residents with daily activities
• Monitoring and attending to residents' health needs and reporting changes
• Supporting a calm and safe environment during the night hours
• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting, preferably within elderly care

• Flexibility and reliability to work night shifts on a permanent basis
