Location: Residential Care Home near Calne

Howard Finley Care are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our clients caring team in a residential care home near Calne. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and have the skills to lead a team, I want to hear from you!

• Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.
• Administer medication in line with care plans and regulations (medication training is essential).
• Lead and support a small team of care assistants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in care planning, delivering person-centred care, and liaising with families.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines within the home.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Senior Care Assistant in a residential or nursing care setting.
• Medication trained with the ability to administer medications.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

• Day and night shifts available (shifts do not mix).
• Shift times: 8 AM - 8 PM or 8 PM - 8 AM
• Full-time contracts available, between 30-40 hours per week.
• Alternative weekends required.

• Qualified (NVQ Level 3): £14.18 per hour
• Unqualified: £12.98 per hour
