Social Care Manager

CPL Healthcare are happy to announce their partnership with an exciting new Children's Residential Service in Tullow, Carlow. we are offering an exciting opportunity for social care Manager to join our clients team on a permanent full time basis and to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within their residential service.

The Social care Manager role would consist of hours of Monday to Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm with the possibility of being on call

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Level 8 qualification in social care or relevant equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience working in social care Grade in Children's Residential services with some experience in a leadership role
• Experience in managing and supervising staff
• Knowledge of child development, trauma- informed care and safeguarding procedures
• A full clean driver's license is must - both manual and automatic license would be considered
