Location: Dalkey & Templeogue, South Dublin

Salary: €36,687 - €41,710 DOE plus unsocial premiums

Role Overview: Join the team to provide care, protection, and encouragement to vulnerable young individuals. Collaborate with professionals to develop interventions and support young people in remaining in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and advocate for young individuals
• Address trauma and challenging behavior
• Foster well-being in various aspects
• Communicate with families and agencies
• Maintain accurate records
• Encourage youth involvement in decisions
• Attend team and agency meetings
• Implement Focus Ireland's policies

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Social Care or equivalent
• Experience in social care, child protection, key working, and care planning
• Experience with marginalized groups, especially adolescents
• Full clean driving license
• Willingness for a 24/7 shift roster, including nights and 12-hour shifts

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
