About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Part time flexible Support Worker to join our team in Caldicot. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Working Hours:

You will be a part of a team working flexible hours across the week:

Bank hours 09:30am - 17:00, 21:00-8:00 (Waking Nights).

Alternate weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the various hours.
- Valid UK driver's license
