Do you have driving skills and health care experience?

Commute to Winchester and Basingstoke area to deliver Assisted Discharge Service. We provide our team with a Fleet vehicle for work purposes.

The role contributes to Health and Care Services in the local community supporting hospitals with their patient flow. Your role will be rewarding and worthwhile supporting people when they most need it. You will be part of a team of staff in our Assisted Discharge Service in Hampshire.
