Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Shifts: Days and Nights Available
Hours: 42 hours per week (Paid Breaks & Handover)
Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour

Howard Finley Care are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our clients dedicated team in a well-established nursing home in Newcastle Upon Tyne. • Provide compassionate and professional care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Lead and support the care team, ensuring effective communication and high standards of care.
• Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with personal care, meal times, and other daily activities.
• Conduct handovers between shifts, ensuring the continuity of care.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant is essential.
• Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• A caring, empathetic, and responsible attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts, as needed.
