Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily tasks such as dressing, eating, and mobility
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Promoting a safe and respectful environment, maintaining dignity and privacy

Requirements:

• A caring and empathetic nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential)
• Willingness to work 12 hour shifts and alternate weekends
