Are you an experienced and compassionate leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager to lead our clients medium-sized, CQC-rated 'Good' nursing home, specialising in Dementia Nursing, based in Hastings.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centred care in a safe and nurturing environment. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of care professionals to deliver high-quality dementia nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain our 'Good' rating.
• Oversee the operational and financial performance of the home, ensuring effective resource management.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external agencies to enhance the well-being of residents.
• Implement and monitor care plans to ensure residents' needs are met in line with best practices.
• Handle HR responsibilities including recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and caring environment for both residents and staff.

• Nurse-qualified candidates must hold valid NMC registration.
• Non-nurse candidates must hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a care home or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of dementia care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team with a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
