Registered Manager (Dementia Nursing Care Home)
Location: Southport
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (With room for potential negotiation depending on skillset and experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Howard Finley Care are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a large dementia nursing care home in Southport. This state-of-the-art care home is part of an award-winning care organisation, renowned for delivering exceptional care and services. We are looking for an ambitious and compassionate leader who can make a real impact, ensuring the highest standards of care for their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of a large dementia nursing care home, ensuring the highest level of person-centred care.
• Drive improvements and turnaround efforts to elevate the home's CQC rating.
• Manage and inspire a large team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining high standards across the home.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in large care homes, preferably in dementia nursing care settings.
• Strong turnaround experience with a track record of improving CQC ratings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care.
• Ideally, candidates will be based in or near Southport.
