Team Leader - Nights (Residential Care)

Hourly Rate: £ 14

Hours per week: 36 - 48

Requirements for the Team Leader Residential Care ) role:

Dementia care training (desirable)
Working towards or obtained NVQ 3 or equivalent in health & social care
Experience in organising , implementing training , chairing meetings (desirable but not essential)
Experience of risk assessment, care plans and reviews

About the service:

A residential and nursing home for older adults in a homely setting. They also offer dementia and respite care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing personalised and person-centred care plans.
Continuously assessing, implementing, and evaluating service users care.
Adopting safe working practices in accordance with the services policies.
Meeting the minimum CQC standards and maintaining professional CQC relationship.
Ensuring personal development (continuous) and mandatory training is kept up to date.
Setting and maintaining the highest standard of care in the service
Supporting and Mentoring your team of care staff and guide them to provide the best positive outcomes for residents
