Shift Pattern: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts, including a 30-minute break)

• Provide personal care and support to elderly residents, promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any concerns to the nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as required.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
