Howard FInley Care are recruiting for our client where care is provided in a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Role Overview:

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of their care team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support, promoting the well-being and independence of the residents. You will lead by example, providing guidance, support, and training to their care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of care staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and support.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes residents' independence and choice.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of care in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for staff.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Assist with scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a supported living or care environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
