Regional Case Worker - Midlands

CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce its partnership with a highly reputable service based in the Midlands, which supports homeless members of society through a variety of supports and services.

We are recruiting a Regional Case Worker to offer key working and visiting support to ensure that people are successfully progressing out of homelessness and into the security of a home of their own.

The Regional Case Worker will support the needs of Service Users by responding appropriately and providing interventions that facilitate their settlement into the community and by assisting them to maintain their independent living to maximize their potential and move out of homelessness.

Requirements:

·      Relevant Qualification (level 8 minimum)

·      Minimum of one year working in social care or a similar environment

·      Homelessness experienced desired

·      Full Irish Licence and access to own vehicle

·      Eligibility to work in Ireland.

·      Committed to the values and interventions associated with Trauma Informed Practice
