Work as Deputy Home Manager of a Residential / Dementia Care Home in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will work opposite a 2nd Deputy Home Manager, and be responsible for supervising the provision of quality care to ensure all residents' needs are met and their individuality and dignity is honoured.

We are looking for an experienced Deputy, who has a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, DOLs applications, Safeguarding policies, Medication management and Care plans.

We are looking for someone who is flexible to work supernumery hours from 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm, and also lead on the floor when required from 8am - 8pm. This is a full time, role working 38.5 hours per week, and the salary is £12ph, with an annual salary of £24,000+. The role includes some shared on call responsibility on a rota basis - flexibility required if needed to cover weekends and night shifts whilst on call.

You will be an excellent leader and mentor, have good time management, be well organised, able to liaise with external agencies, lead meetings, and deputise for the Home Manager.
