Client Services Manager – Residential Services

The post holder will be responsible for the management of a day and a residential service for adults with special needs, challenging behaviour, and severe to profound intellectual disabilities. You will be responsible for the management of residential services

Client Services Manager - Day Services

The post holder will be responsible for the management of day services for adults with intellectual disabilities. Post holder will be required to travel to other locations of the organisation and to represent the Services wherever necessary.

• Applicants must hold a QQI level 7 qualification in Social Care or foreign equivalent.
• Management qualification.
• Full clean Driver’s licence.
• Certificate in ECDL or fully competent in the use of PC including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the Intellectual Disability sector.
• A minimum of 3 years Supervisory or Management experience.

• A Qualification in Health or Social Care Management.
• QQI level 7 in Applied Management (Non Profit) Human Services, Social Studies, Social Care, Applied Social Studies – Social Care, Training & Education – Supported Employment, Applied Social Studies (Disability) or foreign equivalent.
• Full clean Driver’s licence.
• Certificate in ECDL / Comparable IT Qualification or fully competent in the use of PC including Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the Intellectual Disability sector.
• A minimum of 3 years Supervisory or Management experience in the area of Social Care.
