As a children's residential support worker, you will be looking after our service users in a small supported living setting. Supporting residents with their cognitive and physical development.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE NEEDS:

* Be reliable and trustworthy

* Work well within a team

* Previous experience is preferred but not essential.

* Empathy, caring and sensitivity to the needs of others

* Good communications skills

* Alternate weekends

* Level 3 - Children and Young People's Workforce
