Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to join a fantastic care providers team within a beautiful Nursing Home in Brackley! The hiring manager is looking for someone who is experienced, driven and can lead from the front!

Home Manager vacancy details:

• £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
• Full-time, permanent employment

Home Manager experience, qualifications and more:

• NVQ level 4/5 in Health and Social care/ Leadership and Management
• Experience within Care Home Management roles
• Experience working with the Elderly, those with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease
• Good knowledge of the CQC, rules and regulations

Home Manager duties:

• Overall Management of the service
• Following CQC guidelines and procedures
• Recruitment of the home
• Completing and refreshing resident care plans
• Staff appraisals and disciplinaries
