Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Mental Health Act Administrator at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll use your knowledge to help us deliver the quality patient care and support we're known for. We'll rely on you to deliver the structured administrative processes that ensure your hospital is in full compliance with the Mental Health Act (1983). In particular, you'll make sure that all relevant professionals know precisely when they're due to be involved in a patient's care and support. The role of Mental Health Act Administrator is extremely important, both for our patients and the smooth running of the hospital.
ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Mental Health Act Administrator, you'll need to have a strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983). It's equally important that you're personable, empathetic and a confident communicator - you'll be a natural when it comes to developing professional relationships with others. Exceptional organisational skills are also a must as you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure storage of legal documentation for each patient.
