Introduction   

Compass Associates are proud to be working exclusively with a leading and well-known national provider of Supported Living services to adults with Learning Disabilities, ASD and other Complex Needs, with a remit to recruit for a new Area Manager to hold the CQC Registration and operationally lead the Supported Living services across the Midlands and the South.   

Overview   

Our client is seeking an operator that has a genuine passion for the quality of services and will adopt a 'hands-on' approach to their leadership style. Our client want someone that will be actively visible across the Supported Living services and act as a great leader to the team of Service Managers that this person will be overseeing. This is a NEWLY CREATED role and comes at time of steady growth. The region is currently running at a high standard and is currently succeeding with its most recent CQC inspection, as well as a strong reduction in agency usage and client occupancy levels.  This person will successfully oversee and develop a portfolio of Supported Living services that support adults with Learning Disabilities, ASD and other Complex Needs. The successful candidate will hold the CQC Registration for the Supported Living office, and be responsible for the direct leadership, direction and management support in all aspects of the operational functions to the clients and Service Managers within the region. You will be required to focus on the consistent quality across locality, as well as continuing the stability, growth, operations and performance of each service. A proactive Registered Area Manager is required and someone that can handle working in a 'fast paced' environment and has a genuine passion of care and quality for people with Learning Disabilities, ASD and Complex Needs.
