Job Description
Complex Care Assistant
Regular day and night shifts available
£14 per hour
Care Bridge are offering a fantastic opportunity to help support our young, fun and friendly individual. Our client suffers with spinal cord injury and is seeking experienced complex care assistants to support her at home, within her family setting. The ideal person for this role will have experience with bowel management, catheter care, cough assist, manual handling, temperature control and personal care.
You will work with a wonderful, young client, providing 2:1 person centred care.
Shift Pattern:
Monday-Sunday
8.00am-8.00pm
8.00pm-8.00am
What we look for in a Complex Care Assistant:
- You can commit to a regular shift pattern
- Able to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Be able to seamlessly fit into a family setting
- Ability to work independently
- Be friendly, kind, and approachable
- Demonstrate commitment to providing high quality, safe effective practice
- Spinal Cord Injury/ Catheter care/ Bowel Management/ Cough Assist
