REGIONAL DIRECTOR / ELDERLY - LONDON
Up to £90,000

Are you an established Regional Manager or Director looking to manage? This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic Regional Director to join a large business with aspirations for further progression into MD / COO roles in the future.

Ideal location would be London and the surrounding areas, Buckingham, Watford, Chelmsford, Reading, Luton.

Responsible for
You will work alongside the Managing Director with an aligned vision for the group and you will help towards the achievement of company objectives by managing 4 Regional Managers. You will be involved in all aspects of the business including line management of Operations Managers, Regional Managers, Finances & Budgets, handling and safeguarding concerns, relationships with internal and external agencies and governing bodies.

You will require
Worked at senior level within care homes for older people both nursing and residential is essential. You will be able to make difficult decisions where necessary. Nurse Qualified with active or lapsed PIN ideal.

• Strategic business planning experience - to ensure the smooth running of the business
• Background in Budget Management & Securing Contracts
• Financial performance - EBITDA improvements
• Agency Management
• Occupancy Management
• Involvement in the Business Development for new services
• Commercial and business acumen essential
