Senior Support Worker - £19,474 per annum plus fantastic benefits - High Peak

Chase Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity available for a Senior Support Worker, in the High Peak area. Working with a specialised care provider focused on residential support for adults with mental health and learning difficulties along with challenging behaviour and individuals on the autism spectrum.

The ideal Support Worker will have:

• Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A live DBS available (we can run one for you if you don't already hold one)
• NQV level 2 in Health and Social Care or be currently working towards this
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• A caring and compassionate nature with a desire to help and a can-do attitude
