A private domiciliary care service in Chesterfield currently requires a Domiciliary Care Manager to lead the team and develop the service.

As Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop the service, building on the already excellent standards a reputation for excellence with Local Authorities, clients and their families

• Take responsibility for the recruitment and retention of staff and develop a strong team

• Ensure all standards of care provided meet or exceed both company policies and CQC requirements

The ideal candidate for this Domiciliary Care Manager position will meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Diploma Level 5 qualification

• Prior experience in Domiciliary Service management is preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Good knowledge and understanding of HR procedures and staff management

• Knowledgeable regarding CQC requirements and quality standards in a Domiciliary Care setting

• Committed to providing a high-quality service
