Job Description

Howard Finley Care are recruiting for new Domiciliary care workers to work within our clients established home care company in Reading.

Domiciliary Carer vacancy details:

Full time jobs for 36 + hours per week
Drivers needed for morning and late shifts

(approx. 6.00am - 14.00pm and 15.00pm - 22.00pm).

Pay is currently £10.00 - £10.60 per hour
+ 30p if ALL shifts contracted in the month are completed (30p+ per hour worked)
+ 30p if overtime is taken up and completed fully (no early leaving, 2pm to 10pm for example)
- Total of 60p extra is potential
- Mileage paid at £0.35 per mile
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata)
- Guaranteed hours contract

Previous experience is not required, we are willing to provide full training. Candidates must be prepared to work a shift at the weekend or work both days alternate weekends.
