Care Team Leader job - Southampton

Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new care team leader to work within our client's residential home in Southampton.

Care Team Leader vacancy details:

• £12.50 per hour
• 24 hours per week available
• Days position available

Care Team Leader main duties:

• You will assist the RN and Clinical Lead nurse to assess, plan, implement and monitor care in line with CQC guidelines and the homes guidelines
• Competently administrating medication in line with the NICE guidance
• Allocate efficient and effective staff members to mentor and induct new staff
• Provide regular supervision and written reports for all care staff in your team
• Accurately record and maintain resident records, including risk assessments, daily notes and care plans ensuring compliance with CQC, relevant legislation
