Job Description
Registered Home Manager - Woodbridge, Suffolk
I am currently recruiting for my client's Residential Home based in the Woodbridge area, who are actively looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team and lead from the front! The home is registered for a maximum of 28 service users and provides care to those of old age and Dementia.
- £50,00 per annum
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Additional employment bonuses
Home Manager experience/ qualifications/ skills:
- NVQ level 5 in health and social care is desired
- Experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or residential home
Home Manager duties:
- Overall running of the care home
- Managing budgets
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regard to care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
