Introduction:

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading provider of support services ranging from Independent Living, Supported Living, Complex Care for Adults with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and other complex health needs, with a remit to recruit for a new Registered manager to oversee an independent living service for adults located within the West Sussex area.

Overview:

This is a well-run and stable service, and the new Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating the staff team to deliver the highest quality of care to adults with a diagnosis of; Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. (Therefore, experience in this area is ESSENTIAL). The Registered Manager will have the full lead of the provision and report directly to the Regional Manager. As the Service Manager you must have the capabilities and confidence to provide an extremely high level of care to adults with mild to severe complexities. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder's and local authorities. Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of managing an adults residential Service.      

Experience with Adults with learning disabilities is a must                

Ability to support, manage, lead and develop staff through different strategies.

Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual

Level 5 in Health & Social Care

Experience of CQC Inspections

Summary:

The Registered Manager will play a crucial role in the day-day running of this residential service. This Registered Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and have hold full accountability for the leadership and performance of this specialist residential service that supports those with; Autism, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. As the Registered Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC.

Interview Process:

2 Stage Interview process , 1st Stage will be a formal interview with MD (soft question competency and scenario based) Via Microsoft Teams. 2ND Stage will be a formal face to face with the Operations team at the service.
