Residential service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism

Compass Associates are proud to be exclusively working with a leading and well known national provider of Residential & Supported Living services to adults with Learning Disabilities and other Complex Needs. With a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to operationally lead a Residential service.  

Overview                          

Our client is seeking a proven successful Registered Manager that has a genuine passion for the quality of services and will adopt a 'hands-on' approach their leadership style. This person will successfully oversee and develop a 5 bed residential service that cater to adults with Learning Disabilities and other Complex Needs. The successful candidate will hold the CQC Registration for the Residential Service, and be responsible for the direct leadership, direction and management support in all aspects of the operational functions to the clients and staff. You will be required to recruit your own team of staff, focus on the consistent quality across locality, as well as continuing the stability, growth and performance of the service. A proactive Registered Manager is required and someone that can handle working in a 'fast paced' environment and has a genuine passion of care and quality for people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

Interview Process

My client is looking for the interview process to be across two stages, first initial stage will be a conversation with the Operations Manager and if successful will be invited for a second stage interview with the MD.
