Are you a registered manager of children's services looking for something a bit different and very rewarding?

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service and management of staffing levels whilst playing a key part of the leadership and management team to deliver support/training related to learning and development.

This is a reputable children and young people's respite service based in Helensburgh. It offers support to families with children with a rage of complex support needs such as Autism, ADHD, Learning/physical disabilities and Epilepsy.

What you will need?

An SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
Experience of directly supporting children and young people with complex health and care needs
Be able to build/develop positive relationship with young people and their families
Experience of leading teams and holding or being able to achieve appropriate Social Care Leadership qualification
