My client is currently looking for a Registered Manager to oversee a small Learning Disability service on Sevenoaks. This fantastic opportunity will allow you the chance to be an effective coach and mentor and allow your person-centred approach to lead your team to success and provide the highest level of care. The service is owned by one of the UK's leading learning disability care provider. They have a fantastic senior management team and are keen to appoint a Registered Manager that can grow with the services and also the company. The company has an excellent reputation within the area and consistently strive to ensure the provision of the highest quality service to their service users.

The role of Registered Manager will include:
• Developing and monitoring the implementation of person-centred care through the company's services
• Ensure the health and safety of staff and service
• Ensure all care staff adhere to external regulations and standards
• Recruitment, training and performance management/support
• Financial administration, ensuring effective budgeting and staffing
• Completion of rotas and timesheets
• Work alongside agencies in order to increase referrals and placements in line with company targets
• Assessment of care plans
• Provide excellent leadership and management

To be eligible for the Registered Manager opportunity all we ask is you have the following:
• RMA/NVQ 4/NVQ Level 5
• A strong background in working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
• Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC legislation
