Care Home Manager - Maidstone
Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new home manager to manage one of our clients 25 bed home in Maidstone.
Home Manager vacancy details:
- £34k per annum
- 40 hours per week available
- Permanent position
- Potential performance bonus
Home Manager main duties:
- provide information, advice and support to residents, families and staff.
- promote residents' rights and duties and encourage them to join activities.
- help residents to access local services.
- monitor business performance and quality of care.
- agree contracts, budgeting and fundraising.
- completing audits
