Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based in the New Malden area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.                

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, a strong understanding of CQC, and a passion for elderly and dementia care.               

Requirements                                                                 

Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) (essential)

Previous nursing home experience (essential)        

Elderly/Dementia nursing experience           

Strong clinical skills           

Genuine passion for elderly care           

Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity

Location                          

This role is based in the New Malden area and is easily commutable from Leatherhead, Purley, Croydon, Streatham, Westminster, Notting Hill, Richmond, Epsom, Hounslow, Walton-On-Thames, Woking, Guildford.
