Home Manager - Oldham

Ref: RJ 25824

I am currently recruiting for my client's residential Home based in Oldham, who are actively looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team and lead from the front! The home is registered for a maximum of 25 bedded service users and provides care to those of old age and Dementia.

Home Manager exper

£30.000 to £35.000 per annum
Full-time, permanent employment
Additional employment bonuses

ience/ qualifications/ skills:

NVQ level 5 is desired
Experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or residential home
RGN Nurse qualified preferably - Would consider non nurse qualified
Will consider experienced deputy manager for manager role

Home Manager duties:

Overall running of the care home
Managing budgets
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
