We are currently looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a highly rated 60 bed Care Home based in Kingswood, Gloucestershire. This elderly Nursing Home is part of a massive organisation that operates 324 care homes across the UK specialising in dementia care with nursing. You will have the ability to work autonomously and effectively promote health and wellbeing within the service. This home has a Good CQC rating.

Criteria for the Deputy Manager position:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a deputy manager of a care home
• An interest in nursing within a person-centric environment where you will have
• the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with your residents
• A passion for working within the highly rewarding elderly care sector
