Unit Manager - CP 16042

I am currently recruiting for my client's Supported living in the Wembley area who is seeking a Unit Manager to join their dedicated team.

Deputy Manager Vacancy details:

• The hours are 40 hours per week
• £28,000
• Occasional weekends

To be successful for this opportunity you will need:

• Caring, warm-hearted and compassionate nature
• The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team adaptability
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• NVQ Level 4 or above Qualification is essential for this role
• Recent experience of working in a Supported Living setting in a senior role
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a Nursing Home is desirable, however, as a minimum candidates must have an NVQ Level 4 in Social Care
