Care Manager - Wokingham
Ref: AP15937
I am currently recruiting for my client's Home Care company based in in the Wokingham area, who are actively looking for an experienced Care Manager to join their team and lead from the front!
- £35,00 per annum - £38,000 negotiable for the right candidate
- Full-time, permanent employment
Home Manager experience/ qualifications/ skills:
- Experience as a Care Manager within a similar setting.
Care Home Manager duties:
- Overall running of staff
- Managing budgets
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
