CPL Healthcare in partnership with Stewarts Care are recruiting social care workers in the West Dublin and North Kildare area. At Stewarts Care, the main goal is to ensure service services are supported and empowered so that they can live their life to the fullest.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Intellectual Disability sector to join the fantastic team at Stewarts Care. Your role will be to ensure all service users receive the highest quality of care.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the Person In Charge to ensure high quality care in accordance with HIQA standards as required to support strong governance of Designated Centre(s)
• Ensure that service users receive the highest quality standards of education, training, development and care in accordance with the organisations policies
• Perform any task required that contributes to the safety, health and well-being of the service users

Required

• Level 7 Degree in Social Care (In Progress)
• Experience of working with people with complex need in a variety of different situations
  Must have knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA standards and a proven ability to implement same
• Excellent IT skills and report writing skills
• High level of flexibility

A full clean driving license is an advantage, but not essential.

Salary and qualifications are in accordance with HSE consolidated pay scales Salary and qualifications are in accordance with HSE consolidated pay scales €33,630 - €48,465 Inc. LSI per annum.
