A well-known care provider in the Norfolk and Suffolk area is looking to hire a Customer Relations Manager to join their team. This provider Is highly rated across the areas it covers, and each home strives to provide the best possible care to all residents so they can have a good quality of life.

About the Customer Relations Manager role and what you’ll be offered:

• A permanent full-time contract of 40 hours per week

• A competitive annual salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

• Day Shifts

• A supportive team and work environment

As a Customer Relations Manager you will be responsible for the sale of self-funding beds to ensure occupancy targets are achieved within the home, ensuring the experience of self-funding clients and their families is of the highest quality and seamless move-ins are achieved on date, and to work with the marketing team and ensure a key marketing strategy is devised and implemented based on the individual services and geography.

What we expect of the successful candidate:

• NVQ2/NVQ3/NVQ4, Diploma Level 5, Diploma Level 7, or RMA qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Relations role, ideally within a care home sector

• Good written and verbal communication

• Be able to motivate a team and give clear instructions

• Confident in decision making
