Seven Social Care are looking for several Support Workers to work in Sunderland on a temporary on-going contract. They are offering full time night shifts and day shifts.

The role:

As a Support Worker, you will help customers receive the best quality care and support they deserve. If you have a genuine interest in assisting people over the age of 18 who require rehabilitation, reablement, convalescence and ongoing assessments following a physical illness or trauma then this role will be suitable for you. Shifts are 7am-10pm on a rota basis, 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide care and support to the customer who has just been through a physical illness or trauma.

* Personal Care.

* Work closely with health professionals to support customers to progress and enable them to reach their potential.

Applicant Requirements:

* Qualifications: N/A

* Experience: 2+ years working as a Support Worker.

* Compliance: Up to date DBS.

* Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

* Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
