Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for our client's Domiciliary Care company based in Diss who are looking for an experienced, motivated and dedicated Head of Domiciliary Care to join their team. This service provides care to a variety of service users, ranging from the Elderly to those with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.

Head of Domiciliary Care vacancy details:

• £35,000 to £40,000 P/A (dependent on experience)
• Full-time, permanent employment (42.5 hours per week)
• Working hours are 9:00am to 17:30pm (may vary depending on needs of the service)

Head of Domiciliary Care duties:

To oversee and support all areas of the home care opertation, including but not limited to:

• Administration duties
• Recruitment of the service
• Marketing the business
• Care planning
• Ensuring the delivery of high quality, person centred care

Head of Domiciliary Care requirements:

• Experience working at Management level within the Care sector/ Domiciliary care
• NVQ level 4/5 in health and Social care/ Leadership and Management
• Experience with growing/ setting up a Care service
• Flexibility with hours (able to work outside 9 to 5 when necessary)
• Clean full driving license
• You will be required to have/ be preprared to have the Covid19 Vaccine
