An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domiciliary Care Manager within an established provider who is rapidly expanding locations within the Midlands area.
The successful candidate will be suitably experienced and qualified in the provision of care services to the public and private sector.
The successful applicant is required to:
- Hold or be working towards their NVQ4/5 and/or RMA/LMCS in health and social care, with a proven track record in working within a professional dedicated team.
- Be responsible for growing and maintaining the substantial development of the business and ensuring its success by adhering to the highest standards that our client provides.
- Be responsible for leading and building the team, setting targets & objectives as well as playing a pivotal role in its development, whilst being part of ambitious growth plans.
- Require strong interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The role offers an initial competitive salary, starting at £27,000pa and based upon outstanding performance increase to £35,000pa.
