A private nursing home in the Conwy area is currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Assistant to join their clinical team on a full-time basis.

Details of this Care Assistant position and what our client is offering:

• A contract to work 36 hours per week on flexible shifts

• Flexible shifts covering a 7 day rota

• Excellent pay rates of £9.50 to £11 per hour depending on experience

• Opportunities for ongoing training and development in addition to a comprehensive induction

Applicants for this Care Assistant position should meet the following criteria:

• Ideally have completed NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and medication training, or willing to undertake this

• Demonstrate some experience working in a caring role, ideally with some UK nursing home experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
