Salary: Up to £40,000 + 21% bonus!

Are you a Childrens Home Manager, or maybe an experienced Deputy looking to join a nationwide, established residential childcare provider?

Look no further!

I am recruiting for a Registered Manager for a 4 bedded childrens home in Yeovil, caring for children with EBD. The home is rated "Good" by Ofsted, as are 92% of my clients services, therefore standards are high.

The Registered Manager will come in to look to maintain and improve on how the home is currently performing. You wil register with Ofsted and lead the inspections, as well as organising training for your staff team, playing a big role in recruitment, liaising with social workers and much more.

In return for your hard work you will receive an excellent salary of up to £40,000, along with a remarkable bonus of up to 21% of your annual salary available!
