I have found the job for you! My client is looking to open up, 2 new Childrens Homes in/near Buntingofrd. So there is 2 roles available!

The home that you will be managing will be a new home, which will have 4 bedrooms, allowing care to be provided to 4 children aged 11 18 coming from an EBD background.

As the Children's Home Manager you will the registering the home with Ofsted, writing the policies and the statement of purpose, as well as recruiting your staff team and overseeing the staff team.

In return for your work as the Children's Home Manager, you will be rewarded extremely well! You will be offered a salary of up to £47,000 along with a bonus scheme of up to 21%. There is also 25 days on annual leave + bank holidays!
