My client is a very well-established and highly regarded domiciliary provider, continually growing and seeking a Branch Manager who can continue to provide the quality of care the service has become known for and also look at growing the business further. You would not be required to hold the registration, although there is the potential for future career development opportunities further down the line. They are looking for someone with proven leadership experience within domiciliary care and someone who is wanting to play an important role in the future success of the service.

You will:

• be driven to help grow and develop the business further.
• have the desire and motivation to try and achieve and maintain an 'Outstanding' CQC rating overall.
• be a strong leader who is able to positively impact the future success of the service.

You must have:

• have proven leadership experience in a domiciliary care setting.
• qualifications up to NVQ 3 as a minimum (ideally working towards or achieved Level 5)
• a strong knowledge of the regulations and standards required for domiciliary care.
