Due to the increased demand for healthcare staff supporting people in the Norfolk community, we are increasing our team numbers to provide care and support to people with health and social care needs living in their own homes.

It is an exciting time here at Better Healthcare Services, we are currently recruiting care assistants to join the domiciliary care team in our Norwich branch. We are expanding our services to the NR9 areas and are in need of caring, compassionate and reliable individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of others.

You will be working out in the community, visiting service users in their homes to provide support with:

Personal Care

Moving and Handling

Maintaining Household Tasks

Promoting independence and providing social support

Administering/Prompting medication

Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking

Previous care experience is useful however it is not essential as we will provide you with full training to give you the skills and knowledge needed for the role. Access to your own transport is required due to potential rural locations.

Please note: you will be required to work 7am-2pm and/or 4pm-10pm shifts, up to 5 days per week including alternate weekends. We currently have full and part time hours available.
