Registered Manager (Care at home)  

Location - Bath      

Salary - £37,000 pa      

Compass Associates are working with a reputable provider of Home Care, who are on the lookout for a Registered Manager in the Bath area.

The Role        

The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for running a busy service, overseeing the operational and day to day aspects of overseeing the organisations portfolio of live in services. The new Branch Manager will be joining an ambitious, forward thinking, well established company and must be interested in developing and improving the service, offering high quality home care at all times. There are a stable team of live in carers that will be directly line managed by the successful candidate.      

Essential        

- Must have an extensive background in Domiciliary Care  

- Would consider experienced extra care or supported living managers    

- Previous experience of managing Live In Care clients      

- Quality focused, with a strong drive to deliver a person centred service      

- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care      

- Full UK Driving Licence

This service is located near Bath and is commutable from Swindon, Bristol, Chippenham & Trowbridge.
