Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for Night Care Assistants to work within our clients Residential Home in Worthing on a permanent basis. The home is registered for up to 25 residents providing care to the Elderly, those with Dementia and Mental Health needs.

Night Care Assistant vacancy details:

• £9.00 per hour (starting rate)
• Full time / permanent roles
• 37.5 hours per week (3 shifts one week, 4 the next)
• Night shifts available

Night Care Assistant main duties:

• To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
• To follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.
• To ensure you adhere to CQC and company policies
