Leaders in Care are seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Stockton-on-Tees based family run care home on nights. The service specialises in elderly and dementia care for around 40 residents. £8.85 per hour, 4 nights a week. Annual salary £20248.80

As a Senior Care Assistant you will

• Oversee all aspects of personal care, assisting with feeding, bathing, washing and dressing
• Carried out health checks and updated records
• Followed care plans and addressed clients' individual needs
• Spent time getting to know clients
• Manage shifts and create daily action plans

In this Senior Care Assistant role, you'll be part of a fantastic team attending to the personal care needs of people and helping to create a supportive atmosphere. You'll be a passionate Care Worker or Support Worker with a passion for delivering care that makes a positive impact on lives.
